For those who haven't met me through there pregnancy journey let me introduce myself,

I trained back in the olden days (as some young folk would say as a midwife, then joined up and became right hand to a Professor of obstetrics and most recently completing an accredited course in dermatology but specializing in hair and skin physiology and anatomy , because as all us mama's know that your body goes through many changes and hair loss and skin pigmentation is a concern. I myself found new skin tags with each of my pregnancy's I like to say my children left something to remind me of them.

I also have an exciting announcement that I have been keeping under my hat, My book also named Can I? in pregnancy will hopefully be on the shelves of your nearest book stores or available to download soon.

I aim to help guide you through this exciting amazing journey and hopefully my information can help yor journey a little less daunting.
